get a report of all list/doc library where WF has been set

One more day when entire day I spent to find some information..[:(]...btw I was happy person at the end of day.

TYO use it download this tool in local directory of MOSS server and then use it
E:\WorkflowExplorer http:// all : displays all running workflows
WorkflowExplorer http:// error : displays all faulting workflows
WorkflowExplorer http:// raw : displays all workflows (including completed and their raw state, nice fro developers).
